The genuine and comfortability with being open and honest about expectations

Face to face meeting with both managers
i love the fact they are up front about pay and hours available

Getting hired right away and on the spot
The GM asked me what I needed and he gave it to me and he listened to me when I was at the interview and I listen to him
It was pretty basic ,but I liked when I was asked what I would bring to the restaurant .

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
.CEO talks to me or I will go to news outlets
Make sure the people that you are talking to are qualified.
Take time to listen to the employee and help them!
Have an outside company interview and hire, no one internally can do well
