Face to face meeting with both managers
i love the fact they are up front about pay and hours available

.CEO talks to me or I will go to news outlets
Make sure the people that you are talking to are qualified.
Take time to listen to the employee and help them!
Have an outside company interview and hire, no one internally can do well
