The staff is really friendly and helpful..the pay structure for donations really needs to be addressed or Octaplasma will soon be out of business. Because all the donors are leaving and goinG to call plasma where they get 100 visit 1, 125 visit 2, then next 6 visits are all at 100 bucks.
