Firm, but willing to compromise.
They are staying true to the commitment of changing the company culture as a whole to be more people-focused while organizational goals driven.
They see you struggling they step right in and start helping where help is needed
They help on the donor floor sometimes
Very knowledgable about standard operating procedures
There is definitely room for improvement on all ends, mainly the training aspect and communication is lacking
People who are supervisors and seniors have been woth the company for years and they know how to train you properly
Caring about employees issues always
The leadership team is always looking to lift you up. My manager is constantly taking the time out of her day to walk around to every employee to ask if everything is going okay. They are also always helping employees move up. I came from a fast food place and now I’m the training coordinator!
They buy us lunch tomorrow.
Review from Customer Support Dept

They work with you, literally.
Assistant manager AJ at 1960 FM location in Houston is always concern about donor safety, employee concerns and helping out
Listening to concerns and issues and making changes or taking action. Management expects me (donor floor supervisor) to supervise every area and make sure everyone in every area are completing tasks. The hiring process has seemed to Be halted for too long. We're all burnt out
Everything but mostly communication skills
Actually being a manager instead of gossiping with the employees. Following through and being consistent. Having their employee's back in front of donors instead of humiliating them causing the donors to not respect the employee's authority.
They need to stop the bullying they run their business on how they personally feel about people the manger is barley their she has personal relationships with other co workers so she makes exceptions for them and treats everyone else HORRIBLE and her attitude is very bad and hostile
Stop allowing employees scare off the new comers, stop allowing employees to talk about other employees behind their backs and at work, how could you be a higher job title but allow employees to talk about other employees while teaching a training class, and actually have a manager to have your back
Everything, they are so far off from their employees and implement policies thay affect everyone negatively. They need to start actually being managers and not picking and choosing who and what their group is and insulting certsin employees.
Making the floor has all of its supplies
More supportive and less verbal abuse
EVERYTHING AND EVERYTHING PLUS EVERYTHING
Review from Customer Support Dept
Stop bullying staff. Leadership are simply a bunch of people with fancy titles who are bullies.
Understanding how poorly employees are treated by plasma donors, get better at giving employees holidays off
Review from Operations Dept
Leadership is in the extreme need of "true leaders that knows how to do just that, communication is extremely poor which leads to distrust, professionalism, reliability and consideration all of these areas need to be thoroughly examined and re-evaluated and corrected.
Not hiring their family and friends
