More communication and top leader need to become involve in checking up on staff monthly performance. There's no commendments for the hard work, no follow up with requests to resolve employees disagreements. Too much quiet as kept behind the scenes with our director.

Hostile work environment and bullying atmosphere
Leadership, Top management has a discriminatory structure and they will stick together regardless of lies being told which is proven from investigation. Human Resources acts like they care but don't and preys upon employees in an effort to use information against them. The bully structure is present

The Director is poised with gossiping with front screeners. He is a messy leader and only promote employees that he favors on his side. Its too much favortism under his leadership and many employees have left because of him. He is a messy director period.
The management is the only thing because they set the tone and they allow workers to talk to donors anyway and allow fights and never do anything about it
