be more accepting of others and actually do their job.
Stop talking about people behind their backs, if you have a higher rank it'd no reason you should allow it nor talk about them too.
They lie to the managers to make their self look good they're always telling on the other coworkers to their family (supervisors & managers)
The gossiping, slandering, has caused many workers to leave and quit
They employ any and everyone and mask it otherwise therefore what you pay for is what you get in quality of employees
Communication, accountability and learning how to work as a team. The work place should not feel competitive nor title/seniority driven.
