I like my coworkers, but we are all treated absolutely terribly by donors and corporate doesn't acknowledge it. It's frustrating that they always put their whining over the wellbeing of their employees.

I was hired, interviewed and offer a position by one mgr only for an interim mgr to come in. Hired for a part time position but worked full time hours. Overall what could have been a decent job quickly turned unpleasant. Unprofessionalism, no accountability, title/seniority attitudes, no leadershi
