
We do occastional work ok together, but this is never stresses by management.

Work. Work. WORK! You cant leave until your department is finished, unfortunately this depends on other departments. A consequence of this is every lazy worker makes your day longer, it makes no difference how hard you work. Workers who milk clock go how early so as to not get OT. No accountability.

We never can hire quality people because the pay is so low. And if they accept a job they leave within 2 weeks to 1 month do to the high pressure to sale multiple items all the time.

The district manager that I work for holds about 5 conference calls a week and not a single one is worth it. Stop holding so many conference calls and focus more on the customers walking into the store.
