It was great to see the company grow, but we have gotten to the point where we and no longer focused on providing the customer with a good experience, and more focused on improving our number of leads we send to an agent. I struggle to see why any user would seek out ojo to buy or sell a house.

Open policy, trained pets are welcome! And folks coordinate when they are bringing pets in to ensure it’s not too chaotic in the office.

Usually community service driven, a team building lunch or dinner with the team or after work drinks/appetizers with the company. Nothing too fancy but always a great time
