OJO is the most welcoming company I've ever worked for. Employees treat each other with respect and are always happy and eager to jump in and help out.
Great company doing big things! Did a wonderful job navigating the pandemic
Ofcourse everyday is not going to be a great day but generally a great experience
It was great to see the company grow, but we have gotten to the point where we and no longer focused on providing the customer with a good experience, and more focused on improving our number of leads we send to an agent. I struggle to see why any user would seek out ojo to buy or sell a house.
The company values my time at work but also with my family after hours.

Usually community service driven, a team building lunch or dinner with the team or after work drinks/appetizers with the company. Nothing too fancy but always a great time
