Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ojo does not do a good job of recognizing people's contributions. I also feel like I am vastly underpaid compared to other people with my same position at other companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We make great use of our time together -- we're not afraid to cut meetings short or skip meetings if the right people won't be on the call.
