The company connections outside of the scope of work. We have slack channels celebrating each other, our pets, our favorite XYZ, OJO's People Operations team and the executive assistants make sure we do more than work.
The most positive thing about our culture is that we believe in working hard but also taking time to rest and recharge. We have 24 company holidays, which includes a week break in July and December.People feel like it is easier to take a break when everyone is taking one.
