What can this brand most improve?

Customer service is absolutely terrible! I have been given 3 phone numbers with 3 different extensions and none of them work. This has been the worst experience with a company I have every had.

I like working here, but like any company there are improvements that can be made. The main one being how they calculate bonuses and pay. A 1% raise for a valuable employee is not sufficient, especially with the rising costs of living. The bonuses are never even a third of what is possible.
