This is a good company to work for. There are not many opportunities for advancement. Most of the advancement positions are often taken through Neolithic is a major issue in the company. The pay rate, is often on the lower side, and not keeping up with the cost of living, when giving yearly raises.

He is ok for the most part but they can do better in the areas I complained about and offer more promotion opportunities

Its not great when you have things to do in the day and forced to waot saturdays which most businesses arent open
