What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager has changed 6 times in 24 months
The ability to have autonomy and make decisions on my own without being micromanaged. My leadership is pretty transparent and easy to talk to.

Its great for a remote job
Fair pay, full benefits, generous PTO
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have to do way too much for the amount that we get paid.

Working together but also working independently
Good Communication and team work.

They need to listen to the needs of others. They need to understand that they are nothing without their vendors.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Remote work so I was able to work from home.
I love working from home. However because of the company policy of you can be a manager and not know the product line is absurd

Everyone is happy at work and excited to help the Injured Worker get the care they need to get back to work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to listen to their vendors and stop trying to play time-wasting games. They need to open effective means of communication and pay fairly. The way they handle business is extremely disorganized.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was intense but they were opening a new building in a new location.
Seemed pretty decent, but it is all a facade.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Interview process needs to be more up front about whats going on with the company and how they expect yoh to work

Working from home in my PJs
