What can this brand most improve?

Educate your employees and stop making people stay on hold for 1 hour to scedule an MRI. This companyis an absolute joke!!!

I like working here, but like any company there are improvements that can be made. The main one being how they calculate bonuses and pay. A 1% raise for a valuable employee is not sufficient, especially with the rising costs of living. The bonuses are never even a third of what is possible.
