The flexibility of my work schedule, the trust from my supervisor in the work that I do/can do, feeling less stressed compared to previous jobs, the emphasis on work/life balance and general well-being.

I feel like my team is a unicorn, hah! They are fantastic and definitely more ahead on issues of DEI and social justice compared to what I have seen from other teams so far. They are also very warm, welcoming and affirming!

The onboarding process is very warm and welcoming. It's different that what I am used to, but I appreciated the slower pace to really get to know folks before jumping into the work. I also appreciate the various events that are hosted for folks to meet and be in community with one another.
