The managers in my area are awesome! Very supportive and understanding. The district manager is very professional. We don't interact with anyone higher up than that.

Finding better and more effective ways to organize the store. "Striping" the women's department is inefficient and messy because of the differing box sizes. Even as a customer, the striping method is confusing and an eyesore, while the snaking method is neat, easy to understand, efficient.
