Actually growing a back bone and when everyone complains about one person other people at other companies complain about one person. That person needs to be fired and eliminated from the company.

Finding better and more effective ways to organize the store. "Striping" the women's department is inefficient and messy because of the differing box sizes. Even as a customer, the striping method is confusing and an eyesore, while the snaking method is neat, easy to understand, efficient.
