There is a huge disconnect between the CEO (who is now gone) and the leadership, they did not set up the company to execute or achieve his plans. Now new CEO will just gut the company for selling it off.

Layoffs, poor stock performance due to lack of actual plan to deal with post pandemic financial transactions. Should serve as mba or economics class for poor leadership and decision making process with regards to company present and future position in market and we should expect better than this

Too many reorganizations. The quiet moving of the new, exciting work to the offshore teams. Three uber-quiet layoffs so far in 2019, with one big one announced as well.
