I don't like the leadership structure. It's very much a "top-down" approach where leaders make decisions without adequately involving those closest to the work and to the customers. Leadership is disconnected from the "rank and file" and isn't seeking input from people who are leaving.

I've only met one of them and they were great. I don't even know who the others are. Except for the CEO and I've never seen him in any meetings or events.

They are goal oriented, yet make space for individuals to grow. High performars are recognized and rewarded. Those that need help get it when they are adaptive and open to making changes. As a whole, the leadership genuinely trys to do the right thing which makes a great work environment.

They need a leadership team, then focus on business and not so much on pro-nouns and social acceptance as we all accept each other jus fine without being forced to sit through another lgbtq+ lecture.
