Pluralsight's tagline -- Where Your Best Work Meets Your Best Self -- is a true representation of the culture. I am blown away by how much focus is on relationships and caring for ourselves and one another. People feel so genuinely proud to be part of Pluralsight that we want to do out very best.
The product has huge benefits to every person that uses it - knowledge, self empowerment, and upskilling. These benefits know no socio-economic bounds.

I think the autonomy that exists within Pluralsight is the most positive thing about the environment. I don't feel like i'm ever being micro-managed. Which is something I can appreciate greatly!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to engage an outside provider to interview employees anonymously. People have a lot of input but it's not being heard. Employees don't trust the employee engagement survey to be anonymous, so many don't feel comfortable completing it.
Work towards efficiency and effectiveness but not for long hours just for the sake of it.
