Best place to work due to work life balance and allowances and management encourage us to grow

Transparency, honesty, and leading by example. Following through on commitments. Building community and creating a space where we can be who we are, both at work and at home. Understanding that employee well-being impacts the company's success.

Experts in their field that can clearly communicate business goals, strategy, vision, and product. The team is very accessible and open to comment.

I don't like the leadership structure. It's very much a "top-down" approach where leaders make decisions without adequately involving those closest to the work and to the customers. Leadership is disconnected from the "rank and file" and isn't seeking input from people who are leaving.

I've only met one of them and they were great. I don't even know who the others are. Except for the CEO and I've never seen him in any meetings or events.

They need a leadership team, then focus on business and not so much on pro-nouns and social acceptance as we all accept each other jus fine without being forced to sit through another lgbtq+ lecture.
