Pluralsight Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Wellness, telephone and phone allowance

a well structured package, other perks like Sodexo coupon, wellness reimbursement

Review from Engineering Dept

Unlimited PTO in addition to four paid Recharge weeks a year -- two company-wide plus two individual ones the employee chooses. Freedom to take care of myself and my personal priorities whenever and however I need to makes me so much better at my job and so much happier at work.

Recharge weeks, and unlimited PTO

Review from HR Dept

home office, flexibility, and great meaningful tech product to sell.

Review from Sales Dept

It's higher than average in the city I live in.

Review from Engineering Dept

The entire comp package is fantastic

Fully paid medical, the fitness center is fantastic, the company benefits are fantastic. The leadership team is having a tough road and the people left, at the top, are obviously incompetent.

Great benefits, including 100% paid health insurance for your family and unlimited PTO.

Healthcare benefits, unlimited PTO and being able to work from wherever I'd like to

Healthcare covered by PS... which will likely be going away following Vista acquisition.

Review from Product Dept

It was the shares and Employee Share Purchase Plan but not sure whats going to happen now we are going private again.

Review from Sales Dept

Equity and the benefits structure.

Review from HR Dept

Healthcare is fully paid for!

I feel it's fair, and there's a clear path to career mobility

Review from Sales Dept

My Unlimited Paid Time Off

Review from Engineering Dept

Fair and actually generous pay that values my contribution to the organization.

Review from Product Dept

Our zero-premium health care package is fantastic. I've never worked anywhere that didn't pass that cost to the employees before working at Pluralsight. Our ESPP is also very generous.

Review from Engineering Dept

Pluralsight has the best benefits of all the companies I've worked for in my 20+ year career in high-tech. Healthcare costs are fully covered, there is unlimited PTO, and the employee stock purchase plan lets everyone share in the company's success.

Review from Engineering Dept

There isnt just one best thing. This package is THE best package in utah.

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have done extensive research into pay for positions like mine, and the total comp is below the bottom of the pay range. I can go elsewhere and make 20 to 40 percent more.

We were bought out by another company. The CEO decided going into the second winter of COVID would be a good time to cut our benefits. We lost our stock options, but I'm sure the C Suite made quite a bit of money from the sale. It took a year to correct a gender pay difference. Pay me my worth

I was recruited with them saying healthcare premiums were fully paid. 3 weeks after my start date they announce we would have to pay 20%,.the were cutting mental health benefits, and switching providers

Ease in understanding and applying for benefits.

More transparency into advancement opportunities
