From the first time I spoke to the recruiter until I was offered the job was just a couple of weeks. In that time, I completed the online assessment and went through two rounds of interviews. Even though it was quick, all my questions were answered and learned so much about the role and Pluralsight.

A good variety of people to meet with and gain insight into the company and culture.

I liked all the people I met and they were very open to questions and it was very conversational. This is not necessarily consistent across departments.

There. is a new assessment test that candidates need to take, we all took the test as well, 50 questions, 18 secs per question to answer. If you pass you can move on if you don't then you must be too stupid to work here. All in the claim to hire on the "best"

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Don't try to stuff a candidate into a role. Really listen to what the candidate enjoys doing and is good at. If it's a fit with your need, great. If it's not, either adjust the position to fit the candidate, or don't hire the person.

The kept pushing out the offer date over and over. Give a firm date.
