My first week at prime At&t in marshall, tx was horrible. I had to quit because the manager was very inprofessional. She didnt do a good job with my interview. She used profane language such as (ex:bitch, and hoes) to play with her employees. She vaped in the store as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive was they were funny and goofy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The tram seemed to work and get along well together.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making sure they are professional. Its okay to laugh and have fun but also be professional.
What makes you most happy at work?
Im most happy wouldve been happy to close some sales and be apart of a great team.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The first intervew went great but the second interview with the store manger was questionable because she didnt know what to ask me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I didnt get the chance to experience compensation because management did a poor job at being professional so i had to leave. I wish i couldve transferred to another retail store. They did tell me compensation was really good though.
