Heavily encouraged to engage in unethical sales practices. Ever-climbing goals are unattainable without literally lying to customers

I've worked at Prime for about 3 months and I'm looking for a new job. The level of dishonesty is shocking. Commission pay is mostly unattainable. My mananger has told me to clock out to avoid overtime. I filed a complaint with Prime HR about this issue with no response after a month.

The company encourages shady practice that benefit the employees not the customer, to the point that the customer has to call AT&T customer service and have them remove the added services they didn't want and also change the plan to the quoted plan.

I am a member of leadership on a store level so the direct line of communication to the executives is nice

Emphasizing ethics over sales volume.

The best part is uncapped fair commission typically higher than other sales positions

A little more PTO would be nice. All employees start at one week pto, and this is compensation for base pay only. Most Reps get the majority of their pay from commission.

They only care about sales at all costs.

I lead my immediate team and our culture is incredible

We click really well, and our particular store is currently performing well.

Be honest even if it means that you sell a little less.

The foundation of the problems all relate to ethics and honesty. The entire system would have to be redsigned to address the issues I've experienced.
