What do you like best about the leadership team?
Too ask too msny questions
great mentor, and a strong focus on teamwork.
I am a member of leadership on a store level so the direct line of communication to the executives is nice

Need to communicate employee concerns upwards

Emphasizing ethics over sales volume.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
health insurance and retirement package
The best part is uncapped fair commission typically higher than other sales positions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company provides certain things only because those are required by law otherwise don't expect those also
Being paid standard industry salary
A little more PTO would be nice. All employees start at one week pto, and this is compensation for base pay only. Most Reps get the majority of their pay from commission.
They only care about sales at all costs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Helps each other during bad time
Friendly and understanding. Respect each other
I lead my immediate team and our culture is incredible
We click really well, and our particular store is currently performing well.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be honest even if it means that you sell a little less.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Quite to preform the tasks
The commission structure is pretty solid pay but not nearly as good as it used to be
multiple company outing and team building activities
Everyone is a team or a family for lack of better words
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change the greedy top leadership
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were fairly flexible with negotiations. Good communication.
It was simple and straightforward
They were very complimentary of my work accomplishments.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Ask challenging questions which can relate things to real life situations
Consolidate interviews or make virtual meetings. Fuel is not cheap. Dry cleaning for interview attire is cheap. Missing too much current job to interview.

Being paid what the industry says for the role
I love working with my team and having my voice heard by the executives they really have my back

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company cares about sales only, tries to push excalations on other channels
Way to aggressive on goaling and not caring about building locations up
The foundation of the problems all relate to ethics and honesty. The entire system would have to be redsigned to address the issues I've experienced.
