- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?A little more PTO would be nice. All employees start at one week pto, and this is compensation for base pay only. Most Reps get the majority of their pay from commission.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The foundation of the problems all relate to ethics and honesty. The entire system would have to be redsigned to address the issues I've experienced.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Be honest even if it means that you sell a little less.
