I was hired on here as a supervisor in IS. the team is incredible and I have a fantastic manager. They truly pull weight for each other.

I feel as supervisors they could be more upfront about the amount of overtime you put in being salaried. Had I known that I may have asked for more. At the same time, I could move to any job in the company and get more.

The leaders above me are so down to earth, approachable and support growth, learning, RISE and really reach out to me to make sure I am getting leadership development learning here. I really like how they live the values at providence in daily work
