Providence Health & Services Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

Very autonomous job, everyone works well together

They are awesome and caring

Review from IT Dept

Very hard working individuals in my team.

My team has a lot of heart. They are dedicated to the mission despite being undervalued and under paid.

Everyone is willing to always take the time to help

They work well together inspite of chaos .

Review from Customer Support Dept

My team includes highly skilled caregivers and was built by my previous VP. We have a new manager and she is not competent. The entire team are looking for new jobs.

Hard working, talented, and dedicated nurses that are burned out

we work short and struggle every day yet return the next. tenacity!

Team fair approachable kind open

They listen to understand not to reply. They offer compassion and an environment that makes it ok to fail.

Review from IT Dept

Compassionate, intelligent, collaborative, creative, cooperative, positive

Review from Operations Dept

They are good people who want what is best for their patients.

We are a cohesive group of adults who believe in hard work and dedication to our customers.

Review from Customer Support Dept

My team is always excited to be here for our patients.

Review from Customer Support Dept

they are team players. they'll help if someone is falling behind in their work.

Review from Operations Dept

The team is great, but could be greater with powerful leadership and recognition for contributions made.

The whole team of active healthcare workers (doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, laboratory workers, pharmacy workers and CNA’s) are the best and make a great work environment.

Review from Customer Support Dept

High functioning, proactive, genuinely compassionate towards others. Hard workers with a good sense of humor!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There were inly a few of us to support several states. There really was only one employee that slacked. The rest of us went above and beyond to attempt to keep up with the constant changes, new clinics, clinic moves, upgrades, etc.

Treat everyone as equals. Get over your egos

No one comes to work

Review from IT Dept

Not be back-stabbing, lying, unethical individuals.

Review from Customer Support Dept

They could stop walking around talking to people for hours a day and help out with the work instead.
