What did you like most about the interview process?

Good sense of what the job entails.

That they were both remote, and one was with the Executive Director and the young lady I would be taking over for. The second interview was with one of the nurse managers I would be working closely with.

I worked as a temp fir Providence fir a few months and I was hired by the manager at the time because the department was so understaffed.

I liked my interviewer, he was filled with knowledge

The interview started with a phone screening from an HR recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager, a practice assessment was administered and then I heard back in about a week. The process was very fast, and the expectations and compensation were explicitly stated.

it's almost all on computer so personal interaction is minimal.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

The process from application to interview is long. The employment verification process missed most of my employment because they didn't use my current and maiden name in the process.

Be less nepotism. Leadership only hires their family friends
