Letting go of the need to be right. Its ok to not always have the answers. Listen to your people where appropriate, treat your staff equally, stop over delegating to your work horses and expecting them to carry the team all if the time. We are burnt out

Employee scheduling. The staff is always under staffed. The employees are overworked and underpayed for the work they do. Recognition for daily employee/ customer recognition is hardly done. But a bad report is immediately noted.

I do the work of two people everyday and yet I am not allowed any overtime. We are Expected to cut any OT on the last day of the pay period. And yet its frowned on if you have to leave due to OT. Our crew runs so tight that a single sick call will completely wreck the day for eveyone else.

We need the right people in the right places. CBTs are not as effective as real time hands on training. Keep the training uniform across the company. Not this store does this way and that store does it that. That culture needs to change badly.
