There's a lack of communication. Too much drama, click's, plus too much gossip. Also one of them being way too overly preachery.

Kids are kids, and I completely understand that, but it is up to members of management to stop the horseplay, the slacking, and general time wasted by the 17-20 year olds they hire. If management likes you, you can not do anything for your entire shift and get away with it.
Most of us work well together, but there is some people that are not team players. Also, if my management led by example, the employees would be more likely to follow suit.
