The culture is great. Everybody likes each other.

The comradely of all the employees with all the diversity.

you can make mistakes but still will be trusted

The most positive are peoples attitudes, even when people dont want to be there they still are positive enough to have a decent outlook which helps set a good tone for the day

Everyone is a team player.

Review from Marketing Dept

motivation, valued employees, customer satisfaction

Everyone is polite and caring.

Yes and honest people who care for me

Review from Sales Dept

We laugh and get work donw

Don't really know to be honest everyone is not happy with the company and how much it has changed over the years

Working is a positive requirement as long as you stay mute. Management team at store 1159 manages by bullying employees

We have a very clean and efficient workplace environment. Culturally, I think it could be better. I don't enjoy being in a work environment that is fake to the customer. For example, my coworkers will rag on customers while customers complain about me because I'm "not as nice as the others."

We have a culture of collaboration, great communication and a dedication to our companies purpose and core values.

The teamwork aspect and accoutability

Review from Sales Dept

The culture is happy and friendly

Making sure that the customer always has the product on the shelf that they need.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

We need management that understands and values their staff

Follow federal guidelines when an employee is pregnant lr disabled. When an employee has a concern, especially with their own management, dont be dismissive and cut them off from actually speaking.

Return to the founding values.

Review from Customer Support Dept

An independent company showing Publix how to treat their employees. So much more

Hold individuals accountable, not the whole group

Better pay, bank of america is offering 21 dollars an hour and im only getting 13.25 an hour and i have been there 3 years

Less focus on profit and more focus on associate well being.

Higher pay for Grocery dept.

managers are rude and condescending to employees.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I'm not sure what would need to be changed to make the company culture superior to the way it is now.

Review from Product Dept

not enough overtime for full time employees

Review from Customer Support Dept

Store manager needs to stop micromanaging the Grocery leaders, and my bosses need to learn to work together instead of fighting each other on every turn.

Review from Operations Dept

The negativity in the air spreads like wildfire resulting in most employees feeling undervalued and taken advantage of.

Review from Sales Dept

Work together always as a team

Review from Sales Dept

They need to stop trying to expand and fix their internal problems instead of acting like everything is okay. There are a lot of upper management issues that no one ever talks about and that the company hides

Review from Sales Dept

longer vacation time to their vworkers

Review from Customer Support Dept

Corporate needs to actually care about the company culture, rather than doing very little to nothing regarding this necessary component.

Review from Customer Support Dept
