I need more time to give feedback on this

Open Door Policy Management. The leadership team is trained to listen and make every person under their management feel valued and appreciated.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Employee scheduling. The staff is always under staffed. The employees are overworked and underpayed for the work they do. Recognition for daily employee/ customer recognition is hardly done. But a bad report is immediately noted.

Need to go to sales and marketing seminars to get trained not a video training on a computer.

A more experienced manager, that is more hands on with her team and doesnt disappear all time. Had knowledge of everything in the department and proper training to lead, not relying on coworkers under her to show her how to do things

They need to get better at being overall good people.
