I do the work of two people everyday and yet I am not allowed any overtime. We are Expected to cut any OT on the last day of the pay period. And yet its frowned on if you have to leave due to OT. Our crew runs so tight that a single sick call will completely wreck the day for eveyone else.

I feel like our overall pay when you start to become management is incredibly low, considering there are stock clerks making more than I am and they do far considerably less work. I think raises should be more fair, and a possible stock increase for those of us who want to stay with the company

Having better people in management who truly CARE about their employees and how the operation is run instead of "clicking" with certain people (while ignoring others), playing on their phones + chatting when they should be assisting their cashiers with bagging b/c we're shorthanded, etc. It's wrong!

A new, seasonal employees make 2 more dollars an hour than people who have been there over 5 yrs. They get hired knowing they aren't going to stay so they really don't give it their all and it just makes things harder for the rest of us
