Poor, CTO just hires his buddies to do work instead of using RGA's own engineers

That they outsource a lot to cheaper foreign countries

would not recommend. No transparency and a lot of favoritism.
How much diversity is there among employees at R/GA?
At engineering? Almost none gender-wise. A decent amount of ethnic diversity due to Latin American ties.
What do you like best about the leadership team at R/GA?

I love the exposure I get with the senior leadership on a fairly regular basis. My managers listen to my opinions and mind my career goals.
