The vibe is you show up and work as late as you can. Then rinse and repeat. No thank you, no please.

The ECD is trying, the rest is just trying to look busy. Certain leadership members rather spend their time with their whiskey than manage people.

My manager and I met only 5 times over the course of a year, and his feedback have always been vague and useless. I had to ask around the people I work directly with to get feedback.
