What's the vibe like in the Engineering dept at Huge? How many hours are you working?
Passionate and disciplined, and committed to doing things the right way despite the chaos that can come from agency life and the occasional mistaken account and executive commitments. With mixed results at times, because of the latter. But generally, excellent. Generally reasonable hours with only a few bad runs over the years, and those voluntary. Never any question about family obligations coming first, always could leave early to pick up kids and resume work later.
