They are very transparent and have open door policies. They also take employee feedback very seriously.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO (unlimited, 2x week long closures, 13 company holidays) and flexible hours
Benefits are competitive with other holding companies, but our unlimited paid time off and 3 weeks of company shutdown time are awesome. The employee stock purchase plan is also very nice to have.
High base; aggressive bonus target.

Our new leader is highly experienced and is making all the right changes to make our team more productive and successful.

My manager is very positive, even when stressed. Our team is supportive with a can-do attitude

At Huge, I get to work with extremely smart people, which has not been the case for every company I've worked at. They push me to be better at my craft and my career will grow because of it.
