What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to it's employees and try to improve the opportunity inside the company
Diversity - more people of color and women on the team would be ideal.
Communication about important corporate issues
Dealing with reality instead of believing their own hype, recognizing the loss of talent and innovation compared to past work, "we will not negotiate"policy allows most talented to leave with no effort to retain them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Their offer is the lowest among all the offer I received.
Nothing. My compensation is actually good
Company values "credentials" more than performance, takes advantage of loyalty, brings in outsiders when talented candidates inside the company are ignored, leaves major management positions unfilled for extended periods, then blames directionless employees for problems
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Collaboration among the various teams
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many people are works really smart and professionally. And always trying to improve.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be more strict and choosy in the people who are hired. Get quality people on board.
For me, it was a panel interview and they ask me none stop question about my experience.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work culture on the positive end is innovative. Working with smart people is also a plus.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Micromanagement and taboo of different work methods.
