I get to help large and important organizations solve real problems using open source software. I love that we embrace the differences of each other rather than become tribal and only look for opinions that match our own. We actively live our values every day, and I could not be more proud of that

Inappropriate behaviors which are supported in the organization spawned by nepotism. There is nothing positive about nepotism in any way, other than it’s a form of smack dab elitism against the disfranchised masses who need the most help to gain power in the company.
