I have a great team.
We truly believe that a good idea can come from anywhere. And the more diverse opinions we can get, the better the idea will be. The way we include people from all over the globe and work together so well as one is a beautiful thing.
The people I work with directly are great. The culture, among the teams, is wonderful
strong open source software culture.
Is very open, team work and innovation

Personal life is not seen as a disturbance.
Red Hat is a pure meritocracy with an almost fanatical commitment to openness.
Everyone is willing to help one another
The culture is the most positive thing
You are the company and you always want to help
I'm remote and 30% of our workforce is also.
Open discussions are not only welcomed but encouraged
The open source culture is awesome. I can contribute to any open source project without informing anyone in the company. Red Hat encourages folks to contribute to open source community projects
Reaching out to people always works (Everyone Ready to Collaborate).
values , mission, culture, vision and team spirit
People are generically open and help each other, independant from their job description
Everyone is allowed to have a voice, regardless of the topic/issue. Whether or not that voice falls on deaf ears, is another story.
Positive mindset and a can do mentality
We are focused on the project goals and work together to get there. However, they are also flexible change direction as needed to fit with what the business needs. Also, I like their wire framing approach to create mockups to share with the business for feedback and adjustments.
Open source culture with freedom to do
We are purely managing by spreadsheet in that we're making decisions that have long term negative impacts on both customer engagement and employee morale. It's painfully obvious we no longer care about retention and that brings the overall sentiment down creating a negative workspace.

Replace the leadership that has been methodically ruining the culture, get rid of dead weight bureaucrats, instead of laying off the skilled and competent people. Stop using buzzwords to pretend having a strategy. stop enabling management to be toxic
There needs to be less of a focus on growth and more of a focus on stability
Become more sophisticated and matured.
Enable management to understand what discrimination is
Authenticity is an issue. What is portrayed as the company culture doesn't align with actions by executives/leaders. HR guidelines and performance management are lacking, so accountability is also an issue.

Eliminate the People Team from the org and hire a 3rd party consultant focused on achieving more inclusive behaviors and more importantly, getting results. Discussion and training for management on gender bias and micro-aggression in the work place.

Stop the facade; practice what you preach.
