I had one person assigned to me that I could reach out to and ask questions of during the process.
It's not overly arduous so pretty straight forward. But, we operate with one talent person for the entirety of North America so it's almost impossible to get the process started and finished.
Review from Sales Dept
Synergy with hiring the manager.
The questions and discussions were really good. It was clear that the interviewers were really listening to me and challenging me.
Relaxed atmosphere and direct communication.
It was on point and fit my career goals perfectly. Instant rapport with interviewer. Position explained well.
It was conversations rather than quizes
Clear presentations from peers during all interviews

Review from Sales Dept
Met with the people I would be working with directly
Review from Engineering Dept
Scrutiny and correct selection of interviewers
No horrible coding quiz, you get to talk to people you will actually work with
The interview questions are very focused on applying past experience to the current role in questions. Doesn't feel random or inconsequential.
Building Trust, Connection & Confidence for Red Hat
properly led, fair feedback, timely
Lots of interviews but all of them correct, no crazy questions or requirements.
You are independently interviewed by various people in the team you will be working with. Each person evaluates how you will fit into the team. It's about capability, attitude and enthusiasm. The reason Red Hat has such a great culture is because it forms a very important of the interview process.
Constant communication about the process
I had the chance to talk to the departments I would work with. That gave a good picture of the job.
The focus on willingness and ability to learn new technologies and concepts, rather than treating that knowledge as a key prerequisite.
More clarity about pay and benefits.
Coordination and planning of interviews to better align with the needs of the position
Where do I begin? There is constant churn in talent acquisition (recruiters). The experience is very inconsistent.
