Well for example, today. I just drove 50 miles to and from the sites. I got paid for 1 mile. Yes 1 mile. Why? No buses go there, you can't walk or take a bike there. Why is it considered in town if not even buses go there. And don't get me started on not paying the first hour or the last hour
