I have complete respect for all of my coworkers and especially the area Manager that I work with at the Everett, Wa Area! Thank you for your time and patience with me. I appreciate your help Maka Jones. You are by far the best area manager I've ever had the privilege to work with! ?

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Be supportive and concerned about the employees.

Sack the UK people and find people who can do the job. They hire students who are there for ten minutes and leave. Better to hire unemployed people and not people who will be there temporary

Communication, Training, Keeping equipment in working order.

SHOW UP AND DO WHAT THEY SAY.

Actually show up once in a while. Ask how we are doing. CARE

Stop picking and choosing favorites and give us the training we are supposed to get.

Communicating, planning, associate respect, and bring the company together to work towards a common goal versus the divide that exists with corporate KAM and The field.
