Underpaid for the work we do. Its an easy job, scanning bar codes , but the hours are ridiculous. We never get told what the expected work hours will be, we don't get breaks when we need them. They don't listen to people when they tell them something is wrong. They don't care how tired you are

Low compensation, but better than minimum wage. You don't do hard manual labor, but do your work, but the pay isn't enough.

Though we are paid well here, the company doesn't seem to care much for our well being. The breaks are not spaced out enough and seem very short.
