used to be a great place to work. however, it seems that people's hearts aren't in it anymore. most are just here for a pay check. since going from inc to llc, things have gone down hill very fast.

DSA receive bonuses and incentives up to $100 each time they work at other locations while the clinical team are made to pull shift coverages with no incentive or bonus. no raises, travel cut, insurance increased, PDO capped at 4 weeks when most medical situations take at least 6-8 weeks to recover.
