What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very supportive and always abvailable to help and assist with any and everything especially your concerns.
They are truely passionate about our work.
They are willing to help you to make sure that your job is correctly done with the people we serve and they believe in self care!!
local directors are amazing and wonderful at team building i feel so lucky to be there

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
too concerned with how things look on paper and not how they really are. Management team never available. no consistency when it comes to managing situations. a lot of family and friends working together and covering for one another

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

DSA receive bonuses and incentives up to $100 each time they work at other locations while the clinical team are made to pull shift coverages with no incentive or bonus. no raises, travel cut, insurance increased, PDO capped at 4 weeks when most medical situations take at least 6-8 weeks to recover.
i dont feel that i am compensated for all of the work that is put in for the people we serve especially all the paper work.
low for the area, benefits are not great either. no matching 401K, poor and expensive insurance, no retirement savings
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is a family and very caring and supportive in every aspect.
They are fair and listen to all sides
Everybody is a team player which makes a great work environment.
We are able to work well together
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
information is not shared with the team. everyone stays to themselves due to the low moral and lack of leadership
amazing and dedicated team, i feel lucky to be working with them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just the team work and support and always very effective and responsive to the care and needs of our residents and coworkers.
no drama, everyone looks out for each other

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
better leadership, clinical team recognized for ALL they do, consistency and fairness among all. respect and loyalty and honesty put back into the work place. all employees held accountable for their actions. "nothing ruins a GOOD employee quicker than watching management reward a BAD one"
What did you like most about the interview process?
Friendly -fast - knowledge about what they want
easy going, laid back, no one put on airs
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
back ground info, reading/writing test, math test, no relation to management team, speed up the process,
What makes you most happy at work?
knowing that i have the chance to make a difference in someone's life.
feeling like i get to make a difference without any pressure to bill
