This company has a hostile work environment. Management is not held accountable and are unprofessional. In Yerington, complaints were filed by multiple employees and it has been over a month with the case open. In fact, one girl had to continue working under the supervisor for 3 wks directly.

Some crews are great to work with but others are filled with drama and threats. All depends on supervisors. Consistent bad behavior is never addressed by HR even though multiple issues have been reported by crew.

Consistent standards and accountability. They need to actively train and do their job rather than gossip about crew and sit outside smoking for hours on end. They should be held to management standards and not be the ones creating the hostile environment.

I would like perspective employees to understand that hours are subject to change and that being at work clean, straight, sober and ready to work is important. Having good appearance is as important as a good work ethic. Showing up for shifts is important.

Higher pay and raises for those that show they are able to do multiple jobs, have good work ethics and work as a team. There is no health or stock options for crew. There is no holiday pay for crew although you are required to work holidays.
