all of the sudden too much pressure, very little flexibility. I am expected to work extra hours but in the last years my bonus was cut because of company performance. At the same time the company is not flexible with their policies.

memory, foundry, packaging, all behind competitor and getting worse. executive only care politics not future. they have 3 year contract or 1 year renew, no plan to stay longer.

Our project, our team, and it seems much of SAIT is being run into the ground by its new appointed leader. It is a shame that a single individual has been given so much power, overriding the wisdom of all the people who work for him.

Company is over-hiring. A lot of new employees have no clue what they supposed to do. Not that many workloads for new employees to do especially business is obviously on downside nowadays. Why wasting so much money on hiring extra people while workload is not as much as before? Trainings not enough

Company staffing decisions are reactive. Company did not follow through on development commitment. Korea does not treat US sales team as professional and capable negotiators. Company leadership/management rotation creates inefficiency and does not allow for customers to create deep relationships

1. moonshot goals without a strong foundation 2. lack of executive continuity and accountability due to frequent reassignment, 3. Samsung needs to recognize our semiconductor business and market is reaching maturity and old business processes are not adequate for the future.
